Are your jewelry pieces ready to ship or made-to-order?

All Azzure pieces are made-to-order, meaning each item is crafted specifically for you. This allows us to maintain high quality and attention to detail in every piece.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Production typically takes 2–3 weeks, as each piece is made to order. Once shipped, delivery times may vary based on your location within the United States.
Can I request a faster delivery for a special occasion?

Yes, you can leave a note at checkout with your required date (for birthdays, anniversaries, etc.). While we cannot guarantee expedited production, we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
  • You can cancel your order within 48 hours for a full refund.
  • Changes (size, material, etc.) must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

After this, production begins and modifications may not be possible.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all items are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
What if my jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect?

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us with photos and your order details. We will review your case and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
