At Azzure, every piece is made to order. Because of this, our shipping process is slightly different from mass-produced brands, and we believe that’s what makes your jewelry truly special.
Order Processing Time
All Azzure pieces are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, production begins shortly after. Each piece is carefully crafted and typically completed within:
4 weeks (14-21 business days)
Order Updates
We keep you informed throughout the process:
- Order Confirmation: Sent immediately after purchase
- Midpoint Update: A progress update during production
- Shipping Notification: Includes tracking details once your order is dispatched
Shipping Method
We currently offer: Standard Shipping (U.S. only). Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but once dispatched, most orders arrive within a few business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Special Date Requests
Have a special occasion coming up? Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, or proposal, you can leave a note at checkout, and we will do our absolute best to meet your timeline. While we cannot guarantee expedited production, we always try to accommodate meaningful moments.
Shipping Regions
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We may expand to international shipping in the future.
